Qualifications

• Basic theoretical knowledge of computer networks.

• More than three years of after-sales service or related work experience, able to independently complete equipment installation, debugging, hardware product fault identification and on-site maintenance.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Visio and other drawing software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the EMU video system according to the business development plan to ensure normal operation of the system.
• Identify hardware faults and carry out on-site maintenance.
• Sign the after-sales service report.
• Feedback the fault information to the engineering department and related teams for product improvement references.
• Maintain a good image of the company in relationships with Party A.
• Provide on-site training for customers and complete all specified tasks.
• Collect equipment fault information.
• As your technical ability improves, gradually become a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.

Responsibilities

• According to the company& business development plan, please independently complete the maintenance of the EMU video system assigned by the competent Railway Bureau to ensure the normal operation of the system;
• Identify hardware faults and carry out on-site maintenance;
• Sign the after-sales service report.
• Feedback the fault information of the equipment to the engineering department, which will send it to the quality department, R & D department and other relevant departments to provide accurate reference for the company's product performance improvement.
• Properly handle the relationship with Party A and maintain the good image of the company;
• Provide on-site training for customers and complete all specified tasks.
• Collect equipment fault information;
• With the improvement of your technical ability, you will gradually become a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.
