Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the aerospace industry? Join our Yochana team as an Aerospace Recruiter – Direct Clients and play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent for specialized aerospace roles! This is a unique opportunity to work closely with direct clients while managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Recruiting: Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top aerospace talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
2. Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates for specialized aerospace positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
3. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
4. Industry Insight: Stay updated on aerospace trends to provide clients with market insights and strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience (aerospace industry preferred).
2. Proven experience in managing direct client relationships.
3. Strong knowledge of technical roles and aerospace skill sets.
4. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (preferably Ceipal), and other recruitment tools.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
