About The Role

As Aerospace Industry Lead, you will be the driving force behind our aerospace vertical. This role blends strategy, customer engagement, and delivery leadership ideal for someone who can open doors, win business, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for aerospace engineering services.
• Engage with aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and MRO providers to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead proposals, bids, and Statements of Work (SOWs) from initiation to closure.
• Oversee delivery of initial projects to ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Transition delivery responsibilities to program managers as accounts scale.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Digital Engineering, PLM, ALM, MBSE, or aerospace manufacturing solutions.
• Prior experience in Engineering Services / ER&D organizations.
• Ability to stay current on key aerospace market trends, including Digital Engineering.
• MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering).
• AI/ML applications in aerospace.
• Avionics & Manufacturing Transformation.
• Industry 4.0 initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's/Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace engineering services (mechanical, tech pubs, MRO, design, technology).
• Proven track record in business development, GTM strategy, and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace standards, certification requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
