Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own ad-attributed revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce advertising campaigns including Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Banner Campaigns, and Promotional Activities.
• Drive ROAS, TACOS, Share of Voice (SOV), and revenue growth.
• Develop keyword strategies, bid optimization plans, budget allocation frameworks, and campaign scaling initiatives.
• Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products and PLA.
• Plan and execute platform sale events and promotional campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.
• Build automated reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Conduct continuous experimentation across creatives, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Partner with category, operations, and supply teams to maximize inventory availability and ad efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

We are looking for an Ads & Growth Manager to drive revenue growth across Quick Commerce and Marketplace channels through a combination of performance marketing, analytics, and AI-driven automation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a growth-focused professional who can own ad-led revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, while also managing Flipkart advertising initiatives.

This is a strategy + execution role where you will be responsible for scaling growth, optimizing advertising efficiency, and leveraging AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ad-attributed revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce advertising campaigns including Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Banner Campaigns, and Promotional Activities.
• Drive key business metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, Share of Voice (SOV), and revenue growth.
• Develop keyword strategies, bid optimization plans, budget allocation frameworks, and campaign scaling initiatives.
• Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Product Listing Ads (PLA).
• Plan and execute platform sale events and promotional campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.
• Build automated reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Conduct continuous experimentation across creatives, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Partner with category, operations, and supply teams to ensure inventory availability and maximize advertising efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing ads on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or other Quick Commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace Advertising, and Growth Marketing.
• Proven experience driving ROAS, TACOS, GMV growth, and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing Flipkart Ads is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is an added advantage.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage budgets, performance metrics, and growth targets.
