The role requires 2–5 years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with ads platforms and reporting tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably on marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.

• Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Category, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Flag performance anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated with platform updates and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members when required.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to drive campaign performance, analyze data, optimize budgets, and contribute to business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads, Blinkit Ads, and Zepto Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate, and sales.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in campaign planning, budget tracking, and performance forecasting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Category, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign budgets and flag performance anomalies while recommending corrective actions.
• Stay updated with new advertising features, platform updates, and industry best practices across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce marketplaces.
• Support process improvements and documentation to enhance campaign efficiency and execution.
• Guide and support junior team members or interns whenever required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably across Amazon, Flipkart, or quick-commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Basic leadership or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
