Job summary

Techno Dot Academy of R&D&I is seeking an Admission Officer/Academic Counselor to guide students through the admissions journey and advise on course selection. Freshers are welcome, with prior counseling or sales experience considered a plus. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits, while meeting monthly targets.

The role emphasizes counseling, enrollment support, and coordination with trainers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counseling abilities.
• Interest in sales, student engagement, and achieving targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses based on their educational background and career goals.
• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-ins.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
• Guide students throughout the admission process and maintain accurate admission records.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Work towards monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Conduct telecalling and lead-nurturing activities to improve conversion rates.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams regarding student requirements and class schedules.
• Support the onboarding of newly admitted students.
• Address admission-related queries and ensure a smooth student experience.

Key Responsibilities
