Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding IT training programs.
• Understand candidates' background, goals, and learning requirements.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, training methods, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and admission-related communication.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication through admission processes.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, inquiries, and admissions.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and placement teams for candidate needs.
• Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and admission drives.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Provide timely updates and maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Stay updated about ARC's courses and career offerings.
