Job description

We are looking for energetic and motivated admissions counsellors with excellent communication and negotiation skills to call on leads and convert them into admissions. This position is for immediate joining. As an Admissions Counselor, you should have an excellent listening ear and complete knowledge of the latest educational developments. Furthermore, you should be willing to work for flexible hours and travel to different locations. You should be able to represent the institution at various career fairs and events.

Responsibilities

• Call on all potential leads assigned daily and update on CRM.
• Take personal targets to convert leads to applications and coordinate for Interviews.
• Responsible for converting applications to final enrollments.
• Verification of application form to check for eligibility criteria and highlight incomplete information.
• Assist to organize and conduct interviews.
• Cold call people using a given database to enroll students and ensure updating the details in the CRM.
• Assist in preparing the necessary documents required for the registration process.
• Coordinate with the students, parents/guardians and the admin department during the registration process.
