As a Senior Academic Associate (Degree), you will be responsible for consultative selling of our online UG & PG Degree Programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You'll guide prospective learners through their enrollment journey and help them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats.
• Understand candidates’ educational and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.

Eligibility

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably in EdTech only.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.
