Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in our PGDM programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with students, handling admissions conversations, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with student leads generated through various channels.
• Counsel students regarding PGDM programs, curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structure.
• Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable program.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for enrollment processing.
• Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Handle student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Previous experience in admissions, education counseling, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
