Job summary

Skill College is seeking a result-oriented online degree Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrolments for UG & PG online degree programs. The role involves counselling, lead follow-ups, conversions, and student onboarding through calls and digital platforms.

You will counsel students on eligible programs, explain fees and admission steps, manage the admission cycle, and ensure smooth onboarding. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
