Job summary

Expertie is an admissions counselling company seeking Executives to guide students through the admissions journey, from options and eligibility to timelines and requirements. You will balance counselling with sales while building trust through clear communication.

You will make outbound and inbound calls, understand student goals, explain processes, and maintain CRM logs and follow-up schedules. Freshers welcome if communication is strong and you thrive on helping students make confident choices.

The role balances counselling and sales.

What you'll do

• Make outbound and inbound calls to guide students through courses and colleges
• Understand academic goals, interests, and challenges to give accurate suggestions
• Explain admission processes, timelines, eligibility, and document requirements clearly
• Build confidence and trust through structured, transparent communication
• Drive consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
• Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions using ethical persuasion
• Maintain CRM logs, call summaries, and follow-up schedules accurately
• Collaborate with operations and counselling teams for seamless onboarding

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to simplify complex academic and process information
• Persuasive, empathetic, and confident on calls
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and resilient
• Strong calling and follow-up discipline is mandatory
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
• Freshers are welcome if communication is strong
