Expertie is seeking an Academic Advisor in Indore, India who will guide students and parents through course and college choices over calls. You will assess student profiles, explain admissions timelines, and support them to make informed decisions with ethical guidance.

The role combines academic counselling with calling-based sales, offering structured training and growth opportunities for high performers in a dynamic education-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English and ability to explain options clearly.

• Comfortable handling high daily call volumes and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents to discuss academic options.
• Assess marks, streams, interests, and budget to suggest suitable courses and colleges.
• Explain entrance exams, eligibility, and admission timelines in simple language.
• Share accurate, sourced information and never promise guaranteed admission.
• Follow up consistently so every student reaches a clear decision.
• Convert interested students into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion.
• Maintain CRM records, call notes, and daily activity reports.
• Work with counselling and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
