Job summary

Aga Khan Education Services is seeking an School Admission Officer for Diamond Jubilee High School in Mumbai to drive enrolment and strengthen community presence. The role involves leading marketing efforts, partnerships, lead conversion, and onboarding support for prospective families.

You will coordinate documentation, conduct tours, counsels, and contribute to MIS reporting while collaborating with school leadership to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, or education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Role & responsibilities:

School Admission Officer

Location: Diamond Jubilee High School, Mumbai

Admission officer to drive student enrolment and strengthen our school's presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to increase student admissions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with preschools, corporate organizations, residential communities, coaching institutes, and local stakeholders.
• Generate, manage, and convert admission leads through regular follow-ups.
• Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
• Conduct school tours and provide counselling to prospective parents.
• Coordinate admission documentation, application processing, and student onboarding.
• Support parent engagement initiatives, PTMs, school events, and communication campaigns.
• Organize promotional events, competitions, and outreach activities.
• Track enquiries, admissions, conversions, and prepare MIS reports.
• Work closely with the Principal and school leadership to achieve enrolment targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, or the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong presentation, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
• Willingness to travel locally for outreach and marketing activities.
