Job Profile: Admission Manager, Positions: 3

Preferred male candidate.

Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month

Location: Velammal Vidhyashram / Global School, Mambakkam (Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, Chennai)

Key Mandate: Valid 4-wheeler or 2-wheeler license with a personal vehicle (mandatory for localized outreach, school marketing campaigns, and field visits).

Core Responsibilities

Admission Target Execution: Drive end-to-end student enrollment cycles to meet annual admission targets for the campus.

Parent Relations & Counseling: Handle walk-in inquiries, conduct campus tours, explain curriculum strengths (CBSE), fee structures, and facilities to prospective parents with high conversion efficacy.

Outreach & Field Marketing: Represent the institution at localized educational fairs, corporate offices, and residential communities; leverage local transport mobility to execute promotional campaigns across the Mambakkam, OMR, and Vandalur-Kelambakkam corridor.

Lead Pipeline Management: Oversee the inquiry database, track follow-ups via CRM/tele-calling, and maintain structured reports on conversion funnels for management review.

Admission Documentation: Ensure error-free documentation during admissions, including TC verification, registration forms, fee realization, and compliance with board guidelines.

Candidate Prerequisites

Experience: 6 to 12 years of proven experience in admissions counseling, institutional business development, or school marketingpreferably within K-12 educational setups.

Mobility Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and own/operate personal transport for field outreach and local administrative coordination.

Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
