Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for prospective students and parents - walk-in, telephone, e-mail and portal
• Counsel applicants on programmes, eligibility, fee structure, documentation and deadlines
• Own every assigned lead from enquiry to enrolment and close it with a recorded outcome
• Conduct outreach visits to partner and affiliated schools and present to Class XI and XII students
• Represent the Campus at education fairs, and coordinate campus visits and information sessions
• Process admission documentation, verification and correspondence within stipulated timelines
• Maintain the admission MIS and submit periodic enquiry, conversion and outreach reports
• Coordinate with academic departments, examinations, hostel and accounts to close admission formalities

Skill Sets
