Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end student admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, meetings, and other channels.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong admission pipeline.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications and admissions.
• Achieve admission and enrolment targets within defined timelines.
• Prepare regular admission reports and share updates with management.
• Identify opportunities to improve admission process and conversion rates.
• Represent the institution professionally during admission drives, events, and outreach.
