Job summary

EuroSchool India in Mumbai seeks an proactive Admissions Counselor to manage the end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrolment. You will lead a small team, maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho or similar, plan engagement events, follow up with prospects, and work with accounts on fee schedules to hit admission targets.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate persuasive abilities, stakeholder management, and a customer-service mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or education sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Zoho or similar) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admission process from walk-in or enquiry to final enrolment.
• Develop and lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and staff.
• Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering philosophy, infrastructure, board, staff, activities, testimonials, and fees.
• Deliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain a daily-updated database of enquiries and track conversion stages.
• Attend team meetings and maintain CRM hygiene with timely updates.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with all prospects in the pipeline.
• Plan and execute events to drive admissions.
• Achieve individual admission targets (e.g., 11 admissions).
• Coordinate with accounts on admissions count, fees, discounts, and payment schedules.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.

The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.

• Manage the full admission process from the point of walk-in or telephonic enquiry to final enrolment
• Develop and lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and supporting ancillary staff
• Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders for Pre-school and junior school sections covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, activities, parent testimonials, and fee structure
• Deliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectively
• Maintain a daily-updated database of all enquiries and track conversion stages
• Attend minimum 3 out of 5 daily team meetings and maintain Customer Relationship Management system hygiene with timely updates on admission status and comments
• Conduct timely follow-ups with all prospects in the pipeline
• Plan and execute a minimum of 2 events per 60-day cycle to drive 5 or more admissions through events
• Achieve individual admission targets (minimum 50% target – 11 admissions)
• Coordinate with accounts on admissions count, fee collected, discounts, and payment schedules
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal
