Job summary

TeamLease Edtech is seeking a dedicated student counsellor to engage with prospective students, share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, and help meet enrollment objectives.

You will handle inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, guide applicants through application submissions, fee payment, and documentation, and build strong relationships with learners while guiding them through financial aid options.
