Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses, and supporting them in selecting the right program.

The role involves counselling students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Guide applicants through the admission process including application submission, documentation, and enrollment.
• Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission data in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.

Required Qualifications

• HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and counselling abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
