CARE College Of Nursing in Haridwar is seeking an Admission Counselor to guide students for Nursing, Paramedical, and Pharmacy courses. The role is full-time and in-person, requiring handling calls and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Strong Hindi communication is required (English a plus); freshers with excellent communication can apply. Salary ranges ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month with incentives; hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, six days a week.

About the Role CARE College is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide students regarding Nursing, Paramedical, and Pharmacy courses. If you have experience in Education Counseling, Telecalling, Call Center, Customer Support, Sales, or Lead Generation , we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Convert admission inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission process.
• Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
• Coordinate with the admission team for document verification and enrollment.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi is mandatory, English is a plus).
• Good convincing and counseling skills.
• Positive attitude and confidence while talking to students.
• Ability to work under targets.

Preferred Experience

• Admission Counseling Education Industry Telecalling Call Center (BPO) Customer Support Sales Executive Business Development Executive (BDE) Lead Generation Inside Sales
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Qualification

• Graduate (preferred)
• 12th Pass with excellent communication may also apply.
