Mindforge Labs Ai Research Center is seeking a counselling-focused admissions executive to engage with prospective students, understand their backgrounds, and explain courses.

You will schedule counselling, follow up on inquiries, and help students through the admission process, working in a dynamic, student-first environment. This role offers a fixed salary with performance incentives and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• 04 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.


• Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with students.


• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.


• Positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused approach.
