Job summary

Finprov Business Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Career Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process, explain courses, clarify admissions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for students.

You will build relationships, conduct counseling sessions, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads and meet enrollment targets; fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience as an Admission Counselor or Sales Executive in education (freshers may apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admission requirements, and financial options.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Follow up with students to ensure the successful completion of the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on course offerings.
