You will own the lead funnel, follow up rigorously, and consistently meet monthly admission and revenue targets in a fintech education context.

Key Responsibilities

• - Take ownership of qualified leads and convert them into paid admissions through effective counseling sessions.
• - Conduct thorough assessments of student goals, educational backgrounds, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• - Clearly explain course structures, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to prospective students and their families.
• - Handle objections related to fees and course value, ensuring that all concerns are addressed.
• - Systematically follow up with prospects until a final admission decision is made.
• - Coordinate all aspects of the admission process, including documentation, payment, registration, and onboarding.
• - Monitor and manage the lead funnel daily, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize conversion rates.
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring visibility of the sales pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• - Take responsibility for achieving monthly admission and revenue targets, demonstrating ownership and accountability for business outcomes.
