Zusammenfassung

apna is seeking an Academic Counselor in Lucknow, India to provide personalized counseling on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees and scholarships. You will educate students on program features and career prospects while generating a strong sales pipeline through cold calls and inquiries.

The role requires 2-4 years in academic counseling or admissions, fluency in English and Hindi, and a willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.

Qualifikationen

• Any UG / PG degree Education, Psychology, or a related field with 2-5yrs experience
• Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions
• Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred)
• Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways (training provided)
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills to drive enrollments
• Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off
