Job summary

apna in Bengaluru, India seeks an Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

You will generate a strong sales pipeline via cold calls and inquiries, convert leads to enrollments, manage applications, and coordinate with the admissions team to meet targets while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• UG/PG degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-4 years in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Flexible for 6 days at office with rotational weekly off.

• Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred).
• Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways (training provided).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills to drive enrollments.
• Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
