Job summary

Pixroot Technologies in Kolkata seeks a confident Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales. You will handle student inquiries, convert leads into enrollments, and contact engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and training centers for partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, explaining course details, maintaining records, and supporting social media lead generation. Travel to local colleges may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Education Counseling, or Sales.
• Experience in training institutes, coaching centers, EdTech companies preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

The role involves handling student inquiries, converting leads into course enrollments, and reaching out to educational institutions such as engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and training centers.

Candidates with experience in training institutes, coaching centers, EdTech companies, or education counseling will be preferred.

• Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and institutional representatives
• Basic knowledge of Excel and social media platforms
• Willing to travel locally for college visits when required

Salary
