• Handle admission process including documentation and enrollment confirmation.
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Participate in promotional activities like seminars and workshops.

• Handle admission process including documentation, fee coordination, and enrollment confirmation.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow‑ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch details and student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by management.
• Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
• Address student queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and trust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counseling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand IT courses and explain them effectively to students.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel.
