Job summary

jobmygoal is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage with parents, provide complete information about the school's offerings, and guide them through the admissions journey with clarity and empathy.

You will coordinate school visits, follow up with prospective parents through calls and WhatsApp, maintain accurate inquiry and admissions records, and strive to meet monthly enrollment targets while ensuring a smooth process with teachers and branch staff.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
• Coordinate with teachers and branch staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Handle parents’ queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and admission campaigns when required.
