Job summary

EuroSchool Gunjur Bangalore is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage prospective parents and students, explain curriculum, facilities, and admissions procedures, and manage fee discussions.

You will conduct school tours, follow up on leads across channels, maintain CRM records, coordinate with leadership, organize open houses and events, and strive to meet monthly and annual admission targets.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and fee structure.
• Handle admission inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, website leads, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admission conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with school leadership and academic teams during admission-related activities.
• Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Prepare admission reports and share regular updates with management.
• Ensure excellent parent experience throughout the admission process.
• Meet monthly and annual admission targets.
