Job summary

Prime Ed Pathways in Besant Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks a confident Front Desk Executive to own admissions, student records, and lead conversion at our premium children’s education centre. You will be the first point of contact for parents entering or calling, handling inquiries and guiding enrollment processes.

The ideal candidate has 13 years of experience in front desk/admissions/education administration, is fluent in Tamil and English, and demonstrates strong phone etiquette,

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them to enrollments.
• Make outbound calls to leads from digital advertising.

• Coordinate daily schedules with coaches and faculty.
• Build and maintain strong parent relationships.
• Support WhatsApp communication for all programmes at the centre.

We are premium children's education and activity centre housing Premium Programs. We serve children aged 1.516 years across music, sport, and dance programmes.

We are looking for a confident, organised, and parent-friendly Front Desk Executive to own admissions, student records, and lead conversion at our Besant Nagar centre. This is a high-ownership role - you will be the first point of contact for every parent who walks in or calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them to enrollments
• Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital advertising
• Manage student admission records, fee follow-up, and documentation
• Coordinate daily schedules with coaches and faculty
• Build and maintain strong parent relationships
• Support WhatsApp communication for all programmes at the centre
• Coordinate with programme coordinators for all our Offerings

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written) mandatory
• 13 years experience in front desk, admissions, telecalling, or education administration
• Confident on phone comfortable making and receiving high volumes of calls
• Warm, professional, and parent-facing personality
• Organised and ownership-driven does not need constant supervision
• Immediate joiners preferred
