As the Administration Specialist, you will oversee and manage all administrative functions of Satara Plant, Sirwal, Panchgani holiday home & rented warehouse to ensure smooth operations of business. Key Responsibilities in this role :

• Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor management.
• Oversee security, housekeeping, Canteen, and cafeteria services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Manage physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety, and labor laws.

• Knowledge of Marathi (as language of communication) will be helpful.
