The Administration Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the manufacturing site to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. This role oversees facility management, security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen operations, vendor management, statutory compliance related to administration, and general employee support services.

Ensure preventive maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure, furniture, office equipment, and administrative assets.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and facility maintenance.
Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee plant security operations, visitor management, access control, and surveillance systems.
Coordinate with EHS and Security teams to support emergency preparedness and incident response.
Ensure administrative support for statutory inspections and audits.
Manage transportation, canteen, accommodation (where applicable), guest house, and employee welfare facilities.
Ensure employee amenities are maintained to high standards.
Address employee concerns related to administrative services promptly.
Maintain records of administrative assets, office equipment, and consumables.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of office supplies and administrative materials.
Ensure proper asset tracking and disposal processes.
Monitor administrative expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Review invoices, verify vendor bills, and ensure timely payment processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to facility management and administration.
Maintain records, contracts, licenses, permits, and documentation required for audits.
Support internal and external audits by providing administrative documentation.
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
10-12 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or plant administration.
Minimum 23 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
