Job summary

Equitable Corp is seeking an Admin & HR Executive/Manager to oversee HR and administrative functions for our Goa hotel. The role combines people management with hands-on administration to ensure smooth operations and statutory compliance.

You will handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, training, and facility management, while driving efficiency and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Commerce or related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in hotel/hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws), and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, performance review coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Oversee office and hotel administrative operations.
  • Repair, maintenance and vendor coordination for front and back of house.
  • Manage staff accommodation, transportation, uniforms, lockers, and ID cards.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance for back-of-house areas.
  • Supervise security, facility management, vendor contracts, AMCs, and office supplies.
  • Monitor stationery, printing, consumables, and administrative budgets.
  • Coordinate statutory licences, renewals, insurance, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities, local agencies, and external vendors.
  • Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and discipline across staff facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

Required Qualifications
