You will generate leads, ensure KYC and documentation compliance, coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams, and maintain strong channel partner relationships to ensure a steady flow of business.

• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Job Description:

The Acquisition Manager – RL Sales is responsible for driving the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels.
