Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels in Lucknow. You will build and manage relationships with channel partners, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to process loan applications efficiently.

The role focuses on retail loan products such as home loans, LAP, and personal loans, with targets to achieve on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
