Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels. You will coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and maintain strong partnerships to sustain business flow.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
