Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice to transform data into workforce solutions for global and local clients.

Engage with clients to understand challenges and requirements to determine the best OA solution and to support delivery of new OA products.

The role expects 4–6 years of analytics experience and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Must have skills include Data Visualization and Work Force Analytics or People Analytics.
• Experience: 4-6 years minimum in related analytics roles.
• Educational qualification: Any Master's full-time.

Responsibilities

• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
• Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
• Exposure on Work Force Analytics using basic and advance statistical/ML methodologies in last least 1-2 years.
• Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions.
• Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
• Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
• Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth.
• Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events.
