Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organizational Analytics – Analyst in our Talent & Organization practice. You will apply data-driven approaches to transformation and workforce solutions for global and local clients, delivering data-backed insights and actionable recommendations.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, fluency in English, and strong skills in data visualization and workforce analytics, with exposure to statistical methodologies and NLP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have data analysis and people management experience in workforce-related programs.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with data-driven survey solutions and analytics frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven survey solutions including frameworks and action plans.

Job Summary: Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include. Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients. Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
• Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
• Exposure on Work Force Analytics using basic and advance statistical/ML methodologies in last least 1-2 years.
• Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions.
• Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
• Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
• Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth.
• Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events.

Professional & Technical Skills

2 to 4 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness). Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies. Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools. Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous. Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment.
