Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Organizational Analytics Analyst in Talent & Organization (OA-T&O) to drive data-driven workforce solutions for global and local clients.

Responsibilities include building survey-based analytics, linking results to behavioral science concepts, and applying statistical/ML methods to Workforce Analytics. Prior experience in NLP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
• Link analytics results with Behavioral Science/Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
• Exposure on Work Force Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies in the last 1–2 years.
