Qualifications

• Experience handling customer deductions, short payments, billing discrepancies and collection disputes.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel for reporting.

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive Order-to-Cash (O2C) to join our Finance Operations team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. In this dynamic and global company, you will support end-to-end O2C operations across the US and global markets, ensuring operational efficiency, timely collections and effective customer account management.

What you will do in this role:

Order Management

• Support order management activities, including order processing, validation, monitoring and coordination.
• Work with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Ensure timely order execution and accurate documentation in accordance with business processes.

Collections & Receivables Management

• Manage collections activities for US and global customer portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing, prioritize overdue accounts and drive collection targets.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment delays and outstanding balances.
• Support account reconciliation, cash application coordination and investigation of short payments or deductions.

Collections & Dispute Management

• Manage customer disputes relating to invoices, pricing, deductions, payments and account discrepancies.
• Investigate dispute root causes and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Billing and other teams for timely resolution.
• Track dispute ageing, maintain resolution records and ensure appropriate follow-up until closure.
• Identify recurring dispute patterns and recommend process improvements to minimize collection delays.

O2C Reporting & Process Excellence

• Prepare collection reports, ageing analysis, dispute trackers and operational performance updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators, productivity and SLA adherence across O2C activities.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Who You Are

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5-9 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Collections or Credit Control.
• Exposure to US and/or global business operations and international customer interactions.
• Understanding of order processing, invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation and dispute management.
• Experience handling customer deductions, short payments, billing discrepancies and collection disputes.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shifts to support US and global business operations.
