Navsan in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage accounts receivable, communicate with clients, and ensure timely payments while preserving professional relationships.

The role requires 6-8 years of B2B collections experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with ERP systems and Excel. You will work to meet targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in B2B voice-based collections or customer service process with at least 3+ years of experience in US collections.
• Excellent US voice communication skills with strong verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and best practices.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience handling disputes, deductions, short payments, and unapplied cash.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
