Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Chennai, TN with 4-6 years of experience in F&A and Order to Cash processes using Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The role involves processing customer payments, reconciling cash, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities include producing weekly and monthly client reports, ensuring SLA adherence, and coordinating with onshore and offshore teams to resolve disputes and issues within AR. Shift timing is 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or F&A roles.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer payments (lockbox, ACH, credit card) and apply cash to AR in ERP.
• Reconcile unapplied cash and short payments; ensure daily SLAs are met.
• Reconcile payments with ERP Bank Statement and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve payment-related issues and disputes; handle onshore/offshore queries.
• Prepare client reports (weekly/monthly) and maintain SOPs.

• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
