Job summary

MediaRadar is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP functions in India. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, working with vendors and internal teams to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in AP, an Associate degree or equivalent, and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with NetSuite and RAMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, B.COM minimum.
• 5+ years experience in accounts payable.
• Ability to work independently after initial training.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and general office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with NetSuite and Ramp are a plus.
• Familiarity with system conversions or updates is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage payment schedule for timely disbursements and keep accounts current.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain invoice approvals.
• Assist month-end close by providing AP accruals to the GL team.
• Maintain organized records of AP transactions.
• Participate in system updates and AP process improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day accounts payable functions and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of AP activities and will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Manage the payment schedule to ensure timely disbursement and keep accounts current
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding or disputed items
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution

Qualifications
