MediaRadar, a fast-growing data and insights platform, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist in India to manage day-to-day AP activities and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support month-end close, and help maintain accurate records while identifying discrepancies and process improvements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (B.COM minimum).
• Minimum of 5 years in an accounts payable role.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision after initial training.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and RAMP are a plus.
• Familiarity with system conversions or updates is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.
• Participate in system updates and process improvement initiatives related to AP.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day accounts payable functions and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of AP activities and will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
