Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable/Vendor Reconciliation Executive in Bangalore (BTM Layout). The role involves reconciling vendor statements in SAP, resolving mismatches, and ensuring accurate AP postings.

You will coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement and Finance to maintain ledger integrity and support month-end close. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in vendor reconciliation/AP, strong SAP invoice processing skills, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Vendor Reconciliation / Accounts Payable in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor account management, and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Standard Shift timing -10:30 Am till 07:30 Pm

As a Vendor Reconciliation Executive, you will be the accuracy champion for our Accounts Payable process.
