Spectraforce invites applications for an Accounts Payable Executive in Hyderabad. The role requires hands-on experience in AP and P2P, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and GST/TDS compliance. Immediate joiner preferred and onsite work are expected.

The candidate will manage end-to-end AP/P2P activities, validate PO and non-PO invoices, perform 2/3-way matching, and ensure timely payments. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Dynamics is essential.

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and GST/TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P activities.


• Process and validate PO and Non-PO vendor invoices.


• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching with purchase orders and GRNs.


• Verify vendor details, GST, TDS applicability, and supporting documents.


• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.


• Process vendor payments within agreed timelines.


• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve outstanding items.
