Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer-wise, branch-wise and ageing-wise Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and obtain balance confirmations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams to resolve outstanding payments, discrepancies, short payments and billing disputes.
• Identify and allocate customer receipts accurately against outstanding invoices.
• Monitor credit limits, payment terms and collection commitments.
• Track overdue and long-pending receivables and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
• Visit customers along with the Operations team to follow up on long-pending payments.
