Ideal candidates will have a B.Com/M.Com or finance qualification and extensive experience in AR processes, billing discrepancies, and report generation. This is a senior-level position with a focus on accuracy and timely collections.

Responsibilities

Job Description Accounts Receivable Executive

Experience: 35 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Finance or Accounting

Job Responsibilities-:

• Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Record customer payments and update entries in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for payment follow-ups and collection-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit activities.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and customer communications.

Required Skills-:

• 35 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of AR, collections, invoice processing, and customer reconciliation.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas, and filters.
• Ability to prepare AR aging reports, collection MIS, and outstanding payment reports in Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, and payment follow-up skills.
