Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive/Accountant/Cashier will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Record and review expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
• Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain the general ledger operations.
• Sending data for tax filing.
• Record and process employee expense reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, cashiering, or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
